Facelift Patient 32

This 55-year-old woman was unhappy with her sagging soft tissues below her jaw and a saggy neckline. There was marked soft tissues and lax skin along her jaw, leaving her jaw looking irregular and with deep nasolabial lines.

She underwent a facelift and neck lift with Dr De Silva’s deep plane facelift that includes triple layered closure of the skin to avoid visible scarring and ensure maximum longevity of the lift. The overall effect is a smoother jaw line, sharp neck-jawline angle, lifted cheek area and a younger-looking face. The after photograph was taken at 4-months and a smooth jaw and neck line with less saggy soft tissue below the jaw line, and a younger rejuvenated appearance. She was very pleased with the natural looking results.
